DINARI collects your card payments into its own SATIM account and owes you the balance, less commission. Payouts in the portal is where you see what you are owed and ask for it.

The four figures

The page shows four amounts, not one. They are not four ways of saying the same thing — each answers a different question, and knowing which is which saves asking why a number you can see is a number you cannot have.
Settled and ready to withdraw differ by the holding period. The portal states the number of days on screen, so the gap is never unexplained.

Why the delay

Two waits sit between your customer paying and you being able to take the money out. Neither is arbitrary. First: SATIM has to actually pay DINARI. When a card is charged, SATIM tells us immediately — but the funds move separately, in batches, on SATIM’s schedule. Until they arrive, what you have is a promise, not money. A DINARI operator reconciles each SATIM settlement report against the payments it covers, and confirming that report is what moves your balance from awaiting settlement to settled. Second: a card payment can be disputed. For a while after it settles, a cardholder can still contest the charge. The holding period — 7 days by default — is the window in which that can happen while the money is still here to answer it. A payout is the one step DINARI cannot undo.

Commission

DINARI’s commission is 2% by default, taken at the moment the payment succeeds — not at withdrawal. So the figure you see under awaiting settlement is already what you are owed, net. Nothing further is deducted on the way out. On a 5 966,56 DZD payment at 2%: The two always add back to exactly what the customer was charged. If your agreed rate is different, it is set on your account and the figures follow it.

Requesting a withdrawal

Press Withdraw, enter an amount — or press Withdraw everything — and confirm.
  • The minimum is 1 000 DZD by default. Each payout is a bank transfer made by hand, so below some amount the request costs more to carry out than it moves.
  • The destination is your RIB from your approved application. You cannot type an account number here, on purpose: a screen that both moves money and chooses where it goes would turn a stolen login into a transfer to somebody else’s account.
  • The amount moves to being sent immediately, before anyone at DINARI has looked at it, so the same balance cannot be requested twice while the first transfer is still being made.

What happens next

The bank reference shown against a paid withdrawal is what to quote if you contact your bank or DINARI about money that has not arrived.
Approving a withdrawal moves no money on its own — it records that an operator has taken the job on. The money left when the status says paid.

If something is not right

Three different reasons, and the page says which applies:
  • Nothing is ready yet — your settled money has not cleared the holding period. The date it will is a matter of when it settled.
  • No bank account on file — finish your application so DINARI knows where to send it.
  • Not enabled on your account — requesting payouts is granted per business rather than by default. Contact DINARI to switch it on.
Seeing the balance needs transfers:read, which every approved business has. If the page is missing entirely, the person signed in has not been given it by their own account owner — see Your team.
Three usual causes, in order of likelihood:
  1. Commission — 2% is taken at the moment each payment succeeds.
  2. Refunds — a refunded payment is no longer money you are owed.
  3. Payments that are not PAID — only a succeeded payment counts. Refused and failed attempts appear in your payments list but are not money.
That means SATIM has not yet paid DINARI for it, or the report covering it has not been reconciled. Settlement runs on SATIM’s schedule, not ours. If a payment has been sitting there far longer than your others, tell DINARI and quote the payment id.
The reason is shown against it on the Payouts page, and the money is already back in your available balance. The most common cause is bank details that need re-checking.

Every figure is traceable

DINARI keeps a double-entry ledger behind these numbers. Every movement — a card captured, a report settled, a withdrawal held, a transfer sent — is recorded as entries that must balance, and no entry is ever edited or deleted. A correction is posted as its own opposite movement, which leaves both the mistake and the fix visible. In practice that means any figure on your Payouts page can be explained back to the individual payments that make it up. If one ever looks wrong, ask — there is a trail.
