The short version
1
Sign up and get approved
Create an account, complete the application, and wait for DINARI to check
your documents. See Getting started.
2
Take a payment
Create a payment link, send it to your customer, they pay by CIB or Edahabia
card. See Taking payments.
3
Watch it settle
A paid card is not yet money in the bank. It moves from awaiting
settlement to settled once the funds actually reach DINARI.
4
Withdraw it
Once settled money has matured, ask for it to be sent to your RIB.
See Getting paid.
What the money does
Every dinar your customers pay passes through four states. They exist because they answer different questions, and the difference between them is the single thing most worth understanding about the platform. Why there are two steps before you can withdraw. SATIM telling us your
customer’s card was charged is not the same as the money arriving in DINARI’s
bank account — that happens in batches, on SATIM’s schedule. And a card payment
can still be disputed for a while after it lands. Paying you out before either
is settled would mean sending money that may not be there.

The portal is available in English, French and Arabic, switchable from the top bar at any time. Your customers’ payment pages follow the same choice. Amounts are always shown in Western-Arabic digits and formatted the way an Algerian bank statement does it —12 500,00 DZD — in every language.
